About this instrument

Your rules for your attention.

atproto-acl is a personal moderation-policy tool for Bluesky. It finds accounts matching rules you choose, shows every proposed change, and acts only after explicit approval.

Why it exists

Your feed policy should remain understandable, inspectable, and yours—not a hidden setting inside a service.

What it looks at

Only the feeds, account relationships, moderation state, and observation providers named by your saved policy.

What it does not claim

A match is not a judgment about a person or their intent. Incomplete evidence never becomes permission to act, and a scan never changes your account.

Can I verify or leave?

Yes. The source is public, the method is documented, and every policy can be downloaded as YAML and used with the standalone CLI.

Who runs it?

Operated by The Neutral Ambassador (@neutral.zone). Source code and project history are published by James Beck on GitHub. Privacy and legal accountability identify James Beck explicitly.
